Buy.com coupons don't work.

I have been trying to use one of those darn
buy.com gift certificates. Their site was down last weekend and didn't allow any purchases. Now when i go to checkout it says I have multiple coupons in my basket when I only see one. I called them up and they have no clue what is going on. Oh well, they just lost another customer. I guess I'll just use amazon.com.

They have stated that in order for the coupons to work they have to be emailed to you and not posted on a site, maybe they are catching on...

I was waiting for one of those rarely seen $20 off coupons or at least $15 off so I can get a good deal on a Palm hard case. Since I bought the thing in May, I've dropped it 4 times, twice from mid-high distances where the back was scratched. Uhh... maybe I should just buy it at full price!

Oh well, it seems more "likely" that I would get a GC from Amazon before such a coupon code appears. All I can think of is setting up a new account using a different email address.

I tried using a coupon with a friends account on the same computer. That didn't work either. Maybe they know my IP address.

I just used the $10 off of $15 coupon two days ago for a palm hard case. It worked for my new account.
