A good RGP game

Does anyone know of a good RPG game? I like the ones like Bard's Tale where you get to pick the class and race of your hero(s). I'm just really looking for something good and cheap or maybe moderate in price but very fun. The Might and Magic games I have tried suck. Bard's tale was fun, some of the AD&D stuff sucked. any ideas?

Neverwinter nights is ok.

Dungeon Siege was well liked.

I just got Icewind Dale 2 (baldurs) at frys for $5 after MIR $10 rebate. Dont have time to play right now but it's a good price even without the MIR.

You can sometimes find these game for around $20 at Amazons Friday sale. Don't know if they still do free shipping though.

By me as well. I didn't really get into Diablo II, but I played through DS and enjoyed almost every part of it. BTW: DS is one of the few games that I actually *bought* after playing the demo!
