Ring tone? Oh for those cell phone things... I got rid of mine about a year and a half ago. Believe it or not, I have not really missed it.

from my previous post you can probably see that i like them. there are 2 reasons i like them, first, if you are in a room with 20 people with phones and one rings, everyone is going to look for thier phone to see if its ringing. if you have a distinctive ringer you dont have that problem. second, callerid ringers are nice, i can tell who is calling me by the ringer itself. sure, i could have used the 3 plain ringers, but its not as nice.

IMO, musical ringers are really unprofessional though, so whenever i am in a working atmosphere, i put it at low volume on a plain ringer

[edit]sorry, i was mistaken about downloading to nextel phones. if you want to do this you have to buy a datacable and use software such as icJAL or idenUpdate to upload ringers and java apps to your phone.

I don't think you can download ring tones from anyone else BUT sprint if you have a sprint PCS phone. I'd like to be wrong on that.
