Motherboard Question (Ram Comptability)

so I just bought this motherboard (http://www.asus.com.tw/mb/socketa/a7n8x/specification.htm) of the deluxe variety and I wanted to know if I could, temporairly stick a regular pc133 256 meg stick of ram in it, to see if everything POST's ok. Would it work, or would it just screw something up?

At a quick glance I think this mobo is DDR only. Thus, you couldn't put in a PC133 chip and expect it to work. I doubt it'll even boot up if you do.
