Any tips on how to do a safe bios flash ... im trying to flash my abit kr7a raid mobo so that it will correctly identify my 2100+ ... this comp is for my lil bro and i cant afford to miss it up ... any pointers?

its usually pretty safe.... the worst thing that can happen, which is super unlikely, is for the power to die while you're flashing it. Maybe plug it into a UPS.
Also, it may not be a bad idea to make another bootable floppy ahead of time, and put the old bios on that one. So , if the new one doesnt take, you can put the old one back.
You shoudl be fine though
walk up behind it while wearing a long beige trenchcoat and that it. tap it on the shoulder, and as soon as possible, open the trenchcoat to show it your nekkid and waiting body.
