I am only running Exchange 5.5 right now but to view other mailboxes you have to give yourself access while logged in as that person. To do that, go to the folder you want to have access to, say the Inbox, right click and select propeties. The Inbox Properties windows appears, click on the Permissions Tab and add your user name. You can then edit what permissions you want to have from none to owner. Click OK and you are done. You will have to do this for every folder you want to see (I.E. Contacts, Journal, Sent etc)

To access these folders login to Exchange using your profile. You need to edit your profile so go to Tools, Email Accounts click Next and select Microsoft Exchange Server and click Change. Click on More Settings and then click on the Advanced tab. In the Mailbox windows you can add the inbox that you gave yourself permission to see. When you exit out to Outlook you should then see the new folder for that mailbox.

This was done using Outlook XP/2002 but it is the same for Outlook 2000.

Sorry my bad. I should have said that it can all be done from within the MS Outlook client. Login as the user you want to have access to and set the permissions from there. Then login as yourself to add that users inbox or account. I will double check to make sure as I did this about a year ago and I may have missed a step but I am about 97% sure that the step above are correct.
