Printing out of IE

Is there anyway to print out of Internet Explorer without it printing the web title and page numbers at the top, and web address and date at the bottom?

What if there is not tool bar at the top? I'm having to right-click to print.

Never mind, it appears as though once you remove the info in page setup once it stays gone. Now when I right click to print it comes out "clean". Thank you skynet, you made my life a little easier today.

Here are the defaults, save them somewhere and just switch when ever you need
