i was reading something in my poli sci reader (not sure how recent it is, but at least 1990s) that the US has the highest rate of teenage pregnancies (not sure if its per capita) of any industrialized nation. is this something americans are to be proud of?
was it implied that we're proud of it? or is that an editorial comment :hmm:
