I had this exchange with a guy today:

luser: Internet Explorer
OC: No, sir - that's an application, not a website. What's the name of the web page you're trying to get to?
luser: RMNET
OC: (thinking it's one of our many Intranet sites) And what is the address for that web page?
luser: No.

Things went mostly downhill from there. It turned out he had a much bigger problem that he was just glossing over - rather like telling me he had a flat tire, when the bigger issue was that his car was destroyed in a fire.

One nugget shy of a happy meal, definitely.
