They shorted my order way back in November and I have filled out their forms (jumped through their hoops) and after six weeks, no missing CD. I'd like to call them and give them a chance to fix their error, before I cancel my account AGAIN.

according to this site (http://bmgmusicservice.eweb7.com/contact.html) bmg doesnt have any phone contact numbers. i remember when i used bmg about 8 years ago they did have a number but i it took a lot of digging to find. good luck man, hope you find it
