this probably isn't the normal software topic...but is anyone that is using tax cut to e-file their taxes having problems checking the status?
i've filed, and both my state and federal returns have been accepted. the next step is to check the status by clicking a button in the software. but i get an error when i click it. i've emailed tech support twice in the last week with no response.
the crappy thing is that now i'm stuck until i hear from them. since my returns have already been accepted, i don't want to just mail them in.
i'm really starting to get pissed.
