What is the deal with Kim Jong Il's haircut?

I think he did! It was something like that at least. The lines on the side of the head were more pronouced.

he is. i forget what drink he orders, but he is that company's largest purchaser. it's like one of those $600/bottle liquors.

he's also very short. ~5'2" so he has heels or platform shoes.
