I know that this isn't in the same format that you desired, but if you have a GameCube, a CameBoy Adavance, and a copy of Phantasy Star...you can play the game. It sounds weird and complicated, but if you have a subscription to Phantasy Star and plug in your GameBoy to your GameCube while online, you can download a number of classic Segs games to the GameBoy. So far the two found games are Puyo Pop and NiGHTS into Dreams. Sorry, but it is the best I could do on short notice.

PS - For anyone who doesn't understand, TheDrew made a brief comment about wanting a new NiGHTS game instead of another Sonic Pinball game. GO READ THE GAMES PAGE!

This is the only reason that I'm jealous of GameCube/GomeBoy users. All of the old legacy games that Nintendo can pull out from under its belt when necessary. Do you know about all of the unlockable games in Animal Crossing? Apparently when you buy a TV and a Nintendo for your TV in the game...you can also buy and find a ton of old Nintendo games. My roommate showed me screenshots of playing Zelda, Mario, and Metroid. Now that is just too cool... It would be cooler if those games were transferrable to the CameBoy after unlocking them, but I'm not sure of this aspect yet...

PS - I want a portable X-Box so we can have as much fun as you guys do on the go. Actually...if Microsoft wanted to make a portable move, they could figure out a way to simply attach a PocketPC to the X-Box and use it the way you guys use GBA (but not quite so perfect for mobile gaming). That would be sweet and not too difficult and it would boost PocketPC sales (so MS would make profit off the extra mobile windows sales, the connection device, and also make some of the larger Pocket PC dealers pay them off for encouraging PocketPC sales). Unfortunately they'll never do it... Shoot...this idea is totally worthy of its own thread. I have three friends who work for M$, and one of them is very high ranking in the same building as the X-Box R&D office (or so he claims, even though he is a QA guy paid very well to find ways to make programs crash). Maybe I can suggest it through him...

Yeah thanks to my Animal Crossing game I can play The original NES Donky Kong, Pinball, and Excite Bike. I'm still trying to find the others. Know one seems to know just how many different NES games there are for sure in the game but I plan on finding them all!!

Rumor has it that Bill Gates is still considering a pocket x-box but he doesn't think the tech will be available until around 2004 to even begin developing it. he said the only way they will do it if they can take the power of the x-box and make a GBA sized unit with it and they need a year or two more to figure that out so it might just be a matter of time.
