Here's a review on that Cornea LCD:
http://www.ocaddiction.com/reviews/monitor/cornea_mp704/
His LCD is black and supposed to do 75 mhz but only does 60 mhz.
The one on the deals page says its good for 60 mhz and is white/biege.
Neither has DVI.
Still good price if you need one. I'm waiting for a deal on a 20" myself.

I just bought this monitor (in black) and I love it. It will run at a 75hz refresh rate at 1280x1024 and look very sharp after you press the "auto" button so it auto adjusts the phases and sharpness. Although it looks great at 60hz too and there's no flicker cuz it's an LCD. I'm very happy with the monitor and games look quite nice on it with no blur or anything, it also can run in lower resolutions with good sharpness. Great buy.

I've also recently picked up this LCD and have all praise for it (especially due to its cost!). As an added plus, this company has one of the best dead pixel policies [mine had none, but who knows right?] : 3 anywhere or 1 near the center and they'll replace it. Of course, I'm sure this is also relative to how well you can complain but it's still nicer than, say, a lot of the big companies and their 8 or 9 policy. :P

:bandit: I have a different Cornea model (CT1702 with TV Tuner) that has all the bells and whistles (and price- $579) and like it very much. They also have an excellent exchange policy if you do need to send one back. They have a 3 year cross-ship policy. What that means is that you give them a credit card number, they will send you a replacement first and then you send back the defective one so you are not without a monitor. Your card is only charged if they don't recieve one back in a certain amount of time.

I guess I spoke too soon.....last night I noticed a dead pixel...it's stuck on red, only noticable when displaying orange, yellow, and grey and colors of the like...but it's damn annoying when watching a movie cuz it's just about right in the middle of the screen. Anyways, just got off the phone with tech support, really no questions asked he emailed me an RMA sheet to fill out and they're sending me another monitor...so I'll chalk one up for their tech support team too adding to the value of this deal :)

Well well.. that does indeed look like the Cornea... Geez, $299. I might have to do that. Too good to pass up!
Anyone play games on one of these? Just wondering how the response is and if there is any terrible blurring?

games look great....no blurring that I can tell of whatsoever....only complaint is that the "blacks" are really like dark grey because of the back light
