This is hilarious. The company I work for had a major systems upgrade on the East Coast this weekend. Users in the affected regions are supposed to call their local Tech Support departments for support, not the national group I work for. Not only have we gotten calls from affected users (and we're not supposed to) but we've also gotten a large number of calls from the tech departments that are supposed to be supporting the upgrade!
