this proc overclocks 300mhz real easy and makes a great upgrade.

the trick is that the mobos that work with it are flakey or nearly impossible to find.

if you have a mobo that supports it BUY ONE :)

Saw this yesterday myself.

This chip can also work in many of the newer (Although still old) BX mobo's and the last of the VIA 370 ones.

Also, VIA has introduced a new chipset for PIII based on the same chip used in the new mini-itx boards.
