Hey everyone, i have 2 100GB Western Digital 8MB Cache hard drives, and was wondering what i will have to to do to get them to work with the Asus P4PE in a RAID 0 configuration. I heard that I would need a Serial ATA to Parallel ATA converter... is that all i need? and just one? Also, I have never set up RAID before... how do i do it?
Thanks!!!

thank you, but i think i'm still not sure if i can put two parallel ATA drives in RAID... it says i can have a parallel and a serial together, but can i have a parallel and another parallel with a parallel to serial converter? and does anyone know if the P4PE at newegg has onboard raid? because it doesn't mention it... thanks!!

Curious if you ever got this going? I have the same question, the instructions are really vague. Can't you set both as master, hook one to primary one to secondary?
Now what happens with cd, can they be hooked up as slaves?
