i want to sell my cards, and i have a card called "recall", my friend gave it to me and said it's pretty valuable. what series is it from? and is it valuable?
is there any place where i can "appraise" my cards?

Its not worth much. Maybe $2. There is a card called "Ancestral Recall" that is worth serious bank. ($100+)
If your recall is black bordered it may be worth $10, if it is white bordered it is worth at most $2.

I haven't played or kept up to date with magic cards in over 8 yrs I think. can't believe people still play! anyways.. that name sounds familiar.. but i'm probably thinking of something else.. but Revised edition comes to mind? hmm, there are price guides that will tell you the cost of each card.

Before you get too gittery, go and buy yourself a price guide. Most hobby/card stores should have one, and they shouldn't be more than a couple of bucks. And as Canta said (this kind of goes for most MTG cards), unless the boarders are black, it's probably not worth a whole lot.

yeah I haven't played in very long while. I think the last one I got into was Ice Age.

Yeah, it's still fun though. A few of my friends and I still play casually on occasion, so I keep a deck or two handy. I think the key is to not get burned out on it, because it can get so damn addicting. :eek:
