I am not sure if this a good deal. MaximumPC just did a comparison on water cooling kits and I don't remember anything this cheap

There is a good reason why this is so cheap - they use aluminum instead of copper (and not a very good looking AL block either - I would bet it doesn't have many channels). The pump is a lower speed submersible and the tubing is 1/4" ID tubing. The radiator isn't impressive either.

I put my own together and while it was more expensive doing it piecemeal, the cooling perfomance is superb.

thats actually normal price for the iceberg kit, it's pretty low quality, bad reviews everywhere.
