Power DVD help

I have Dell Power DVD on my PC and i want to watch my DVD's and surf the web at the same time is there a way to make the DVD playing in the corner of my PC while i surf the web at the same time. when ever i click on IE it covers my DVD window

i have the latest powerdvd xp installed, i think its similar to the one dell uses. open the configuration and click the video tab. put a check in the "screen is always on top" box

that option was not on my video tab :( any other ideas?

u upgraded to the full ver not the dell ver and i now have teh stay on top option :)
