I didn't know they were still around. Didn't they go belly up or something? I have their 128 Geforce Ti 4200 and as soon as I got it they were headed for bankruptcy.

Yeah...still pretty funny flash thing

Yep yep, they did go under. They still have the site primarily for driver downloads, but they have stopped manufacturing cards.

Go ATI :)

Why would they have an animation about being powered by ATI if (as I recall) all of there cards were nvidia powered? If they are just trying to say that they don't like nVidia, then that is pretty irresponsible.

The flash is funny in a way as the facts about the noise of the FX cards are something to laugh about.

Though there is a company making their own cooling solution for their FX cards that is all of 7db, or as loud as a human heartbeat. ;)

maybe visiontek is planning on making some ati powered cards in the near future. there seems to be some level of visiontek remaining, they have a functional website and a working 800 number with tech support

I can't imagine why nVidia would not be interested in continuing with them.

Nvidia has BFG Tech (http://www.bfgtech.com/) which was founded by ex-Visiontek people. Word through grapevine Nvidia helped them set up BFG as Visiontek was going down.
