Keyboard Testing?

I've got about 20 keyboards that I need to test for functionality. The problem is, I'm not sure how to test the Function keys. I don't think the on screen keyboard in Win2K displays which key you're typing.

Does anyone either:
A. Know of software that does display which keystroke you hit?
B. Know of how to test all Function keys?
