Don't think this works. It told me the priority code was invalid. Must only be allowed to use it once. Or I'm an idiot...

Actually I received this offer via regular mail. I'm not sure if the code is unique or not. Haven't got my phone card yet.

Just fill in the garbage but use a phony phone #. After its done it says they will contact you so unless you want them to bug you, put in a fake one. Use priority code FX3HY http://www2.sprint.com/ion/residential/minisite?image_id=710&incent=no?id=direct

Well, it actually worked for me...
Just make sure you don't "cut n' paste" from IE, cuz' it will include a single white space at the end, making the code pasted invalid... cuz' its 5 digit priority code, not 6.
