I think besides the hoops in elementary school, all high school, college and pro level bball is 10' high.

There have been quite a few women who have dunked. I remember reading an article on it not too long ago, though I can't remember where I read it (ESPN maybe?), about women who dunk. One of the things they have talked about is how women are starting to dunk at younger and younger ages.

Lisa Leslie of the L.A. Sparks has dunked. There are girls who can do it pretty consistantly. As far as dunking in games, everytime it happens theres a buzz in the WNBA. I think it happened twice.

From what I read back when Leslie dunked the first time, they do it all the time during practice. But dunking is not part of the Women's game, so they usually don't try.
