messy, i wake up and go to school, when i come home, i go to bed, no sense in making it if im just gonna mess it up again. I NEVER EVER got why people make their beds other than for company and such, there is no point

growing up it was a rule in my parent's house that you made your bed right after you got out of it in the morning. it's a good habit.

I won't leave the house without making my bed. It only takes like 10 seconds to do and makes the whole room look clean. And I also do it because I'm not a slob.

It depends. If I'm running late (and I bet Merlin will say that's 99% of the time) I won't make it. If I am somehow on time (which is highly unlikely because I'm Irish), yes I will. Unfortunately for me, my wife likes to put all those pillows on the bed and to get it just right with the sheets and down comforter and pillows takes about 2 minutes, not 10 seconds (what kind of bed do you have nickel? :hihi: )

Oh and if my wife is the last one to leave in the morning, it's made because she isn't late (she isn't Irish, she just married one :P )

Most of the time I make it if I get a chance. If I don't, I still make it before I get ready for bed just so that I have the same sheet/blanket/comforter ratio when I go to sleep. Pretty wierd, I know.

My girl is definitely one of the "why make it youre going to sleep in it again" group.

I leave it messy for the g/f to clean up. if she wants it pretty she can make it pretty, otherwise what's the point. And like Kevster's she has more pillow than bed, cept when i want to sleep i have to rip off all those bastiges just to find some blanket, st00pid girls.

Oh and when I was young I was required to make my bed everyday, and clean my room. Now I don't do either, because they are both STUPID. Why make a change just for appreance's, that's like living a lie, and that's something i don't do. :)

There's a rule once you hit a certain age that allows you to leave beds unmade and not give a s*** .... I use to make mine all the time...when I was June Cleaver & my kids were younger...and now..I'm the proud owner of one MESSY bed...

usually if i'm in a really big cleaning mood i will and that's usually just because i've cleaned everything else in the house and there is nothing else to do and i need to clean something else...
