Need to send a 25MB file to another person online... Need help fast

I need to send a 25MB file to another person. I've tried Yahoo messenger and ICQ, but our Firewalls are keeping us from doing it easily.

Any ideas or alternatives?

Demilitarized Zone on your router. It's the port that has no firewall protection.
