Its always the same set of numbers, they just rotate the symbols every few times so you don't get the same symbol everytime.

Any every number you get is divisible by 9 so, 9th symbol is the one you get, so if you look at the chart every 9th number (9,18,27, 36 and so on) is your symbol.
I once had to prove why it so through Pascal triangle.
