When I buy a cha siu bao, I expect to sink my teeth into some tasty cha siu! But no...life just isn't fair. :bawl:

How about you cali guys send some of that chinese food my way...

I'm stuck in DC/VA where the nearest REAL chinese food (don't give me some of that damned chop shey crap and pretend it's real chinese food) is about 20 miles and an hour drive away.

I go to chinatown in DC. Parents have a store. We make our own steamed cha siu bow. It's really good. The other authentic chinese place is in Silver Spring called Hollywood East. Great Cantonese food.
