Raffle

I am in the mood for a good old fasioned raffle. I don't know why. How would others feel towards this? Would G|A consider it against their Rules?

I have an item I don't mind raffelling, I also think some G|A tess would be a good item to raffel off.

No the legal implications are endless. First you'd have to draft rules like Open to US residence only. Second you'd have to have a "No Purchace Necesary" option that didn't involve the internet. Unless it requires significant skill to be entere (like good posting) Otherwise this would become an lottery, which are subject to state law/taxes.
