Nah, I don't think so. First the cold war was between the two powerhouses of the world. To get into a war would literally destroy the world. In this situation, North Korea will be facing the two powerhouses, maybe three (China), if they decide to act in a hostile manner. There could be World War III, but there won't be another cold war due to this situation.
