Thanks for the tip. I ordered 4 of these for $16 after shipping.

$6 for 4 cables shipped UPS ground is a bit much, but the total cost still can't be beat!

From the SVC site (description of other rounded cables):

No pull tabs
The connectors on this cable are designed to be removed without pull-tabs. Contrary to popular belief, only low quality cables with connectors that are prone to fall apart come with pull-tabs. Pull-tabs increase the restriction to airflow and take up extra space.

Just in case ppl didn't know... add a 75 cents and maybe get better quality cables (3.25 for 18" dual device w/shielding). 2.50 is still good tho, I just personally like to know if my cables are shielded or not (losing all ur data is sort of annoying).

I have these in my system-therr purrtee. (http://www.svc.com/18dualdevatr2.html)

Small diameter winding
This cable features machine-wound twisted-pair construction for a smaller diameter than competing cables. This results in a less bulky cable and even greater airflow, as well as increasing the rejection of EMI/RFI interference which is a direct function of cable cross-section.

One-piece ends
The ends of this cable taper into a continuous, one-piece ribbon for a cleaner look than the individual frayed wires found on other hand-made cables. Why risk broken or disconnected wires with cheaper hand made cables?
