getting my hair done..

Ok so sat I am getting my hair cut and dyed all one color by this girl i know, she has her licence and everything and does this one the side out her home, and I want to pay her for it.
I was thinking $40.00, since she is going to cut it and dye it, is that too much or what? suggestions?

I don't think it's too much. When I go to a salon for highlights and a cut it runs about $65, and that's in podunk Utah. I'm sure it would be more where you are.

wow, actually, from what i've heard, women's haircuts alone are really expensive, even without dyeing and so forth. if she regularly does it for free for you, and you're just deciding to pay her now, then i'm sure she'd be really happy. but i know of girls who get such things done for upwards of $120.

i also know that, as a guy, if i wanted to get my hair cut and dyed, it would cost about $45.

i dunno, if she normally works for free, and you'll be purchasing all the dying materials and whatnot with your own money, $40 might be okay.

well she has the stuff there, and she's only done my hair one other time and she did it for free, she's never said anything about charging for it from anyone, so this is just something I am kinda doing
