IE Problem???

My co-worker just reinstalled Windows XP in his AXP 1700+ computer. When he uses IE, he has to click the Back button twice to go back. Anybody has any idea why this happens?

I have this same issue. I found out that it's becuse I modified my Hosts file to block certain ad servers. IE tries to load from several IP's and is not successful with one or more. THEN I have to use the Back button more than once.
