CDRWin and the "f" drive

i have this "drive" that pops up on reboot that doesnt exsist i know that CDRwin is creating it how do i get it to god away with out getting rid of cdrwin?

ive tried the remove from hardware stuff already, it gets rid of it for that session but not permanently.
