ratings on websites

Okay I am not sure if I am posting this at the correct category, but I need to buy a luggage for my trip to Asia and I need to know where I can find out if the co. or the website is going to deliver what they promise..does that make sense so far? The web site I am currently interested in buying from is www.luggageonline.com - which I got from another site...just wanted some feedback..since I am leaving soon I need to know as soon as possible if anyone has any input..any would be greatly appreciated...thanks..

www.resellerratings.com has ratings on websites. www.bizrate.com also has ratings for sites. That's all I know of...sorry.

i personally have very little trust for the evals on bizrate.com. they're in bed with the people they rate.....it can't be too reliable, imo.

www.epinions.com has some good ones too
