Is anyone here interested in participating in a Got|apex? March Madness pool?
I've set up a website for this pool, should anyone be interested in participating. There will be online registration and online stats and standings.
There will be no money involved since it would be hard to collect, unless it is agreed to involve money. Otherwise it will be solely for the entertainment of Got|apex members.
I love running pools so that's the only benefit that I'll get. Otherwise, I think it would be fun.
If you don't know what the pool involves, you predict the winners of ALL the games in the 2003 NCAA Men's College Basketball tournament. Point details are on the website.
It's a lot of fun, even for non sports fans. Since the tourney is unpredictable (especially this year), you can do well even if you know little or nothing about the teams. Last year, I had a friend whom didn't know much about college basketball, but still she managed to kick my butt and got some amazing upsets correct. If others have comments about this, post here.
In any case, if you're interested, post here so I know how many people want to do this.

EDIT: Has anyone done the Yahoo March Madness pool? I'm just wondering what would be the best way to run it.
GAM: I wonder if you can leave this in the off topic forum rather than moving it to entertainment and sports since this might interest many people.
