CYCD for Columbia House Deal

I enter the code and it says that it is valid, however it never gives me the shopping cart to the right with the 5 spaces. When i try to add a movie, it pops up the screen telling me that the code is expired.

is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Yea, but I called and was able to get the code accepted over the phone. If you fail the first time, try calling again.

i called, and got it. but one thing...

the lady asked me for the code and a description of the deal. i said cycd, $25 5 dvds. i forgot to say the shipped free part.

think they'll ship them free? i would assume so, but it is columiba house after all.

Try codes cy5d and cy6d, I have done them under cycd, cy4d, cy5d and was told that cy6d worked at one point.

I called the number about an hour ago and they said the pomotion was 5 DVDs for $0.49 each, plus $1.99 shipping for each (I never mentioned the CYCD code). They also gave the option for two additional DVDs for $14.99 and $9.99 respectively, which reduces your obligation to only two more over the next couple of years.

Just tried "cy6d" and the code worked, but then when I tried to choose dvd's, it said:

That is the same message you get with any of the codes online, none of them work.. has anybody gotten any of those codes to work today on the telephone?
