Hehe, tech support has some of the best calls. I remember one of mine while I was doing repair work for a small computer store.

Some people brought in their computer and wanted it fixed via Warranty Repair. He asked if the Warranty covered spilled liquids. We said no. He then proceeded to ask, "What about cat urine?"

Beats the lusers who skip ahead when you tell them to do something. Like when you have them repeat the steps to get an error window again and you ask them what the error window said and they say, "Oh, I closed it".
