S: Mushrooms

ive been eatting from the same pizza place since i was 8 (im 17) and besides a rarity we have always had JUST pepperoni and if we had something else it was on its own pizza leaving the pepperoni untainted. in the last 2 months we have started getting pepperoni AND mushroom pizza totally killing to whole pizza. this all started with the on comming of my dads gf.

we had this crap with mushrooms last night and now again.

my whole experience at hockey games is messed up now, cant enjoy the game because of my dads gf.

i hate this, and the "friends" i have wont even come to the stupid games to make them worth while.

F them.

Why dont you just tell your dad that you DONT like the 'shrooms, and could he only get them on half the pizza. I'm sure he will probably say ok, since its not that big a deal. SHe gets her shrooms, you get your peperoni, your both happy...

Otherwise, do what I used to do and place the order for everybody. "whoops, I forgot to get the anchovies, I got peperoni instead."

Do what I did to get out of eating a food I didn't like: fake an allergy. No one ever tried to get me to eat it again.

i dont have that luxury... ive been eating mushrooms and other things i dont like for most of my life cant really pull the whole allergy thing, the only food i am allergic to is tomatoes which i love....

naw oddly enough it doesnt, it had to be a pretty good concentration, like more tomatoes then bread to create bad times :D

Can they give you shrooms in a little container so that whoever wants them can just put them on their slices? I've seen places do that before.

Tell them straight up you don't EAT mushrooms with pepperoni-if you let the gf start getting her way-it's gonna be hell on wheels the longer you let it go.

i do believe it is possible to develop allergies to items to you weren't previously allergic to. i forget why, but i've had that happen to me and the same goes with my brother.

actually I know of alot of people who have developed allergies to things not formerly allergic too-my brother for one-who was a heavy smoker-is now allergic to cigarette smoke-even being in the room with it makes him begin to wheeze and swell up at the eyes..Chemical changes in the body cause people to become allergic to alot of things-medication is sometimes a cause, illnesses are sometimes the cause, environment is sometimes the cause.
