www.callwave.com gives you free messages. If someone calls you and your online they can then call 1-888-busy-888 and then enter the number they are trying to call (yours) and then they can record a message which plays over your speakers on your computer so you know who called and can either get off the computer.......or not.
You could sign up for an automatic call forwarding which means that if you were on the computer and they call instead of a busy signal they will immediately get to leave you a message which plays over your speakers.-They wont have to call the 1888 number. I believe the fee for that service is around $3 a month.
