Ok... let me rephrase that... my head leans in the opposite direction to whichever leg I have slightly bent (whichever leg is holding most of my weight). Usually, it's my right leg, so I bend my head to the left. If I'm standing on a slope, stairs, etc... which leg is holding most of the weight will depend on which way I'm facing.

I tilt my head the opposite way of my fiance, otherwise we would bump noses (which has happened before :bawl: )

A study shows that most people tilt to the right. This could be cultural though.
