the clerks at the 7-11 near me dont care. I could print it out on toilet paper and they would take it.

Awesome... and they have new Rasberry sugar-free ones. They're really good... and no sugar. Nice find... we'll see for how long it will work.

Ok, dumb question. But how do you change the dimensions for printing (aspect ratio)? so that it prints at 6.25 x 2.75 inches.

i dont know about anyone else, but i have photoshop, and you can resize the image size from there

Right click on the image and select edit. Then Image/attributes. Select inches and fill in the boxes. Click okay and print.

Does it matter if you print it out in color or b/w? Mmmmm...squishy. :P

Hey everyone, I just went to the local 7-11 Seems like the printout would not work since the detail isn't good enough for the bar code scanner to pick up. Using 600 dpi laserjet. Could someone scan a better copy of it?

Try resizing it in Photoshop and then use an unsharp mask filter on it. Or tell the bastards to key it in by hand.

Try cleaning up just the bar code in MS Paint, that's what I did.

I'll post sometime tomorrow. I also checked it with a scanner, and it read it (after being cleaned).

last time i try to use one of the free big bite hotdog or fountain drink that i printed out, the 7-11 clerk would NOT accept it and threaten to call the cop on me if i didnt pay for the hotdog. He told me that since the coupon is like $$, you dont copy $$, and why would coupon be any different. i was freaking furious, he threaten to call the cop on me if i didnt pay for the big bite hotdog. that is my xperiece with 7-11 with printed coupon.

Ahhh... however, this one says specifically, "No Cash Value" unlike other coupons that say, "Cash Value 1/100 cents" where copying would be copying a cash-like unit.

Try that arguement. ;)

Plus, I'll bet that if you actually purchased something along with your free Slurpee, they wouldn't mind so much.

You should of said go ahead call the cops....considering he had no case on you. And even if he did you could always call the INS on him anyway :D

I tried it once, with my bro's @ the local one. The guy that works there everyday is a real Jerk. He wouldn't accept some lady's money because it was all change... anyway, he said it was copied, and he can't accept it. WHAT AN IDIOT!
