Windows Media Player 9

Does anyone have any good/bad experiences with WMP9? I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading, especially with WMP9's DRM implementation.

I am very pleased with WMP9. I like the smaller-silver interface, it's very tolerant of DIVX and XVID movies, and it sounds great.

I've had some serious problems with WMP9...sometimes all I get is sound and no video. Sometimes I don't have the right codec or whatever but non of the patches upgrades really work. *shrug*

I've been using WMP9 for quite some time. It has not caused me any problem when playing media including Divx. However, I felt that it is a little slower than WMP6.4.

(Please note, I've never done any formal testing.)
