Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne Beta

Anyone get into the beta? I didn't get accepted it seems :( A friend of mine did though. The general concensus is that the new heros are ultra bad ass. Their ultimates "kill everything on site." The new air units seem to be extremely overpowered as well (especially Orc Batriders). I'm sure Blizzard will even out the damage as the beta progresses as it seems to be in it's early stages.

For those of y'all who didn't get in, there are already people creating non Battle.net servers to play the beta on and are working on a crack. If I find anyone that works completely I'll let y'all know.

i'm in on the new beta. it's damn cool. new update came out today. human dragon hawks used to be SUPER over powered, but their damage was changed to piercing, increased cost (gold,wood,food), decreased hp, decreased dmg, and maybe even increased build time. human blood mage also got nerfed as flame strike was just wayyy too strong. orc batriders can become arial sappers and those will kick your ass ify ou're not careful, especially sicne they only cost 155gold and can take out a good chunk of your own air. anyone else from g|a on beta? pm me for an AT game.

I just played WC3 with my appt mates and got spanked... Needless to say, I think i'm going to throw in the towell of this game... Unles you all have strat suggestions
