Verizon phone insurance- what's the name of that company?

I dropped my Verizon phone and shattered the little screen on the outside of the phone that gives you caller ID. I have like $3 a month insurance on it and I want to get it replaced, however I can't remember the website that I need to go to in order to get it replaced. It is a separate company from Verizon. Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

If you have the insurance from Verizon, just give them a call or bring it to the store!

I brought it to the store, and they gave me a brochure of the place that I need to contact. Unlike Cingular, Verizon doesn't do their replacement plan in- house :shrug:

That's strange. I'll look into that next month when I plan to switch to Verizon.
