Ok, so Zonealarm keeps asking me if I want to let Run DLL as an App access the internet, and its never done this before, but now its doing it all the time, so whats the deal with this thing?

Apparently IE can be launched via a Java script using a call to Rundll32.

Check out the following Knowledgebase article from MS. It's not exactly what you're looking for, but it's a hint...

Thanks, that seems likely, it appears to have stopped asking, all on its own. Meh.
