Question on Epson Printer Deal page

How do you get all three rebates with only one UPC? Thanks.

On the Office Max forms they say that copies of the UPC and receipt are OK. I have a Epson CX5200 which has a better resolution scanner and it is really nice. Although it says that it does not include a connection cable, mine had a USB wire with it. Looks like the gift card expires 3/15, so just the rebate will remain, but it is an excellent deal still. Print speed is pretty fast too.

Thanks for the input. I guess I could've taken the time to read the rebate forms. But, I don't know when I'll be getting the printer since it's backordered. But.. I needed it because my printer only prints in pink. haha..

I don't trust Officemax with their rebates. I find that I need to follow up to them for my rebate. I had a bad experience with them on the OfficeMax Ex. chair. They offered a $50 rebate, after much battling with them I got $30. I know others have had problems with that rebate also and found the hard to deal with.
