I am not sure what happened, but my sister sent me a Word document that she was having trouble printing. Everything was being shifted over to the right about 4 or 5 tabs, and because of that half of the document does not print out. I have checked the margins and set them all to 1" on the left and right, but I still have the same problem. The only way that I can get the document to print correctly is by changing the paper to 8 x 11 instead of 8.5 x 11. Another wierd thing is that when I click on Print Preview, the whole page is shown the way that it should be.
Any ideas on what it could be?
Thanks for your attention.

I've tried that. I've also selected all and removed all formatting. Nada

Do you both use the same kind of printer?? Some printer settings will fark up page layout in word. Maybe try it on a different printer?
Also try copying everything & then pasting it into a new dowcument. Sometimes that takes care of weird behaviour.

try going to Format->tabs->clear all tabs
is it possible she screwed up the tabbing?
take the computer into a nice big field. break out the bat and have your way with the p.o.s. :)

She is using my printer which I am sharing over the network with Windows XP. So by default she is using the driver that I give her from my computer.
I have tried all the other suggestions except for rajatQ2's, which I will try tonight. Thanks everyone for your insight.
