This is a sweet deal and am Surprised it isnt on the deals page. Heres what you do,

Then click on the Pentium 4 based 600SC, hit continue and pick the 3.06 ghz for the price of a 2.8 ghz.
In the end you pay $698 plus tax for a Dell server with a 3.06ghz p4.
Look on pricewatch for the cheapest 3.06Ghz p4 (processor only)and its $550. Look here
