wierd zip file problem

whenever i click on a link in i.e. and its a zip file the file automatically dls and then the zip opens...i dont use winzip..i use windows zipper...can anyone explain why i dont get a download dialog anymore

Folder Options -> File Types -> Zip -> Advanced -> Confirm open after download.
